Educational Opportunities
Recent growth of the Salmon in the Classroom program has allowed the expansion of our educational offering. We can now offer one in-class educational visit to each of our participants. Participants may choose one of the following activities led by our education coordinator:
- a presentation on salmon life cycle, biology, and habitat requirements
- a dissection
- a walking field trip to a local creek to discuss riparian habitat and salmon

The Hero's Journey is a comprehensive curriculum compiled specifically for Salmon in the Classroom. We are happy to provide you with a hard copy (a large binder) or you may download specific activities or a complete copy through the link below.
